Brian Dresch is a Director in McLagan’s Global Asset Management practice, focused on helping clients effectively manage their human capital through pay level benchmarking, headcount/staffing analysis and incentive plan design, including both annual and long-term vehicles.  

Mr. Dresch also works with the leading alternative asset managers and private equity firms as a dedicated consultant to an HR Roundtable group.

Prior to joining McLagan in 2004, Brian spent three years with Greenwich Associates as a Senior Research Associate.  His various roles at Greenwich included sales, new business development, client strategy, project management and analysis across Fixed-Income, Equities, Investment Management and Investment Banking.  

Mr. Dresch received a B.S. in Marketing from Fairfield University and his M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Connecticut.  He is located in McLagan’s Stamford, CT office.
