- Leading business operations and compensation consulting projects, including productivity analyses for investment banks.
- Designing reward plans which include long-term incentives.
- Evaluating competitive pay practices and levels.
- Conducting global staffing analyses.
Ms. Van Beck joined McLagan in 1987 after receiving a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
