Our Top Management study provides information and insight for our European based clients in respect of compensation levels for group Chief Executive Officers and their first and second level direct reports, regardless of their geographic location.

Compensation analysis can be presented in a variety of ways in addition to the basic data reporting for each position. For example, we can provide chart and graphical analysis for all management/executive committee members of each firm, for the top 5% of employees and by first and second level reports.

We will also offer clients the opportunity to participate in a top management methods of pay study where we will build on the data prepared in the top management report.
