While McLagan’s presence in Latin America and the Caribbean is relatively new, we have a history of more than 45 years of serving our financial services clients throughout the world. We bring our global perspective and financial services expertise to the work we do for our clients in Latin America and the Caribbean, and partner with our colleagues at Aon Hewitt to gain country-specific knowledge.
We have been conducting compensation surveys for private client staff for several years, but in recent years have added coverage of banking / capital markets, corporate banking, support areas, investor services / transaction banking, asset management and retail banking, in select locations.

CountriesThe countries of primary focus for McLagan in Latin America are Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. We also collect and produce data for non-hub locations in the region (i.e. Colombia, Panama, Peru, Uruguay). The primary focus of our work in the Caribbean is Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago. We also collect and produce data for non-hub locations in the Caribbean.
ParticipantsWe expect more than 100 participating financial services companies in 2012, allowing us to provide our clients with a broad set of reference points.
