Analysts support client teams on multiple assignments related to our benchmarking products and consulting engagements. They:

• Research existing and emerging trends in client businesses
• Analyze data related to surveys and client engagements
• Work with consultants to update competitive benchmarking program design and expand coverage
• Prepare special reports and analyses geared toward presenting insights
• Field client questions and deliver solutions

Sample Client Engagements Include:

• Benchmarked senior executives for a leading Investment Bank
• Developed a strategic compensation plan for a top Asset Management firm
• Assessed staffing levels, organizational structure, performance and compensation levels for front-office staff at a leading global Private Bank

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work independently and on a team on multiple projects
4. Strong mathematical and/or analytical skills
