While McLagan has a history of more than 45 years of serving our financial services clients, our services in Latin America and the Caribbean are relatively new. We have been conducting a compensation survey for Private Client staff for several years, but in recent years have added coverage of Banking / Capital Markets, Corporate Banking, Support Areas, Investor Services / Transaction Banking, Asset Management and Retail Banking, in select locations.
We bring our global perspective and financial services expertise to the work we do for our clients in Latin America and the Caribbean, and partner with our colleagues at Aon Hewitt to enrich our work with country-specific knowledge.
More than anything else, what McLagan brings to this region that is unique is twofold:
Study Topics
The Latin America study covers compensation data, as well as non-compensation information such as deal volume per country, inflation, GDP, FX rates and reports on general economic and financial services news by country.
Compensation
Results from this study include full compensation results, analyzed by division, level and geographic location.
Business & Financial Trends
Performance data from league tables, and key economic indicators for key countries is presented, along with analysis on where business appears headed in 2010.
Countries
The primary focus of the Latin America study is Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela. We also collect and produce data for non-hub locations in the region
The primary focus of the work in the Caribbean is Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago. We also collet and produce data for non-hub locations in the Caribbean.
Participants
We expect more than 100 participating financial services companies in our 2011 survey, allowing us to provide our clients with a broad set of comparators.
